as part of Anhad’s mission to make the magazine accessible, we are providing the magazine for FREE. We do, however, encourage our Sangat to consider contributing to the efforts to support the organization in making this magazine free.

you will receive an order confirmation via email. all order confirmation emails will be sent out after October 2022. If you are within the US, you will receive a tracking number.

for orders placed after September 2022, email confirmations will be sent out before Thanksgiving weekend.

although we recognize the long wait times in receiving the magazine and confirming orders, please remember that we are a student-run organization fulfilling this seva whenever we get the chance in addition to our other duties. thank you!

if you are an individual ordering multiple copies for your family/relatives and friends, the form will guide you on specifics.

if you are an organization or group, please contact orders@anhadmagazine.org and a Sangat member will contact you within 3-5 business days.

domestic orders (U.S.) will take up to 2 weeks to arrive. international orders may take 1-2 months to arrive. these date estimates work in place AFTER the confirmation email is sent to confirm one’s order.

every package is packed with love and care. each package contains a bookmark for your ease to put within the magazine, a postcard from our featured Sikh artist, a custom sticker designed by a staff artist, and, of course, the magazine, beautifully packed!

here are a few tips to ensure your magazine stays beautiful for years! :

(1) keep it out of the direct sun.

(2) don’t let it get wet!

(3) wash your hands and wipe down the surface you are putting it on.

(4) keep the magazine in the cellophane sheet when not in use.

(5) don’t dog-ear the corners of the page to save your spot. Instead, use the bookmark provided in your package.

another important thing to mention is that while the magazine is not a scripture, it DOES contain our Guru’s words inside. as such, please be mindful and respectful when handling it as you would with any other scripture in your home.

though we hope this instance never arises, we put this FAQ on our website to inform our Sangat in case it does.

if you are thinking of disposing of the magazine, please consider the following options in the order listed below:

(1) giving the magazine to another Sangat member who you believe could benefit from it.

(2) leaving your copy at your local gurdwara.

(3) shipping your copy back to Anhad (Anhad will reimburse any costs incurred in this process, please contact us).

(4) if none of the options above are feasible, please reach out to us to obtain instructions detailing a proper “funeral” for the magazine.
